Check out the new LearnMate Mobile app (we call it the Study Mobile app here) - it’s built from the same code as the LearnMate Desktop portal, so you get a seamless experience whether you’re on mobile or desktop.

One app, one classroom bringing the LearnMate community together on all your devices!

You can now grab the LearnMate Mobile app through open testing on the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and Windows Store, so feel free to download and give it a spin.

If you’re using the Moodle-based LearnMate Legacy Mobile app (we refer to it as Study Legacy), you can install the new unified Study Mobile app right alongside it and easily move your existing course progress over (check out the "Migrating Data from Study Legacy to Study" section below for details).

"The future of learning is in your hands. Study smart with confidence and unlock your academic potential."

What’s Next for the Mobile App?

The Study Mobile app kicked off as a version of the Study Desktop code, tailored for smaller screens, and it’s on its way to becoming a fully mobile-friendly experience. This update already packs in a bunch of features from LearnMate Desktop, like:

  • Managing your classrooms (for teachers)

  • Language support (Settings → Language & Content) - currently, we’ve got English, Spanish, and Mandarin, with more languages on the way.

  • Quiz requests in Chat (just hit the "?" next to the chat input → Send Quiz) - easily set up and send practice questions right in the chat.

  • Book store (tap the Book icon - the last one on the left in the library) - grab some awesome study guides, including free packs.

  • Student ID (SID) usernames - link your existing SID name to your Study profile or snag a new one.

  • Resource links and Video previews check out previews for links and lectures.

  • Text size management (Settings → Appearance → Text Size) - adjust the text size to your liking throughout the app.

  • Keep track of sent, pending, and graded assignment requests (Settings Tasks → Pending/Graded requests) - view your pending homework status.

  • Mark topics as completed.

  • Search through your course list.

  • Search within a lesson plan.

Download the Mobile App
  • Check out the app on the Google Play Store: [Link Placeholder]

  • For Apple users: It’s in the App Store Review we’ll share the link once it’s ready.

  • Windows Store: Our dev team is working on it, and we’ll drop the link when it’s live.

Just a heads up: the team is rolling out updates pretty fast, so you might notice some hiccups while it’s still in open testing. We’re aiming to launch the production version with the next Desktop and Mobile updates, which should be in about two to three weeks!
