Check out the new AeroFit Mobile app (we call it the Stride Mobile app here) - it’s built from the same code as the AeroFit Desktop dashboard, so you get a seamless experience whether you’re on mobile or desktop.

One app, one goal bringing the AeroFit community together on all your devices!

You can now grab the AeroFit Mobile app through open testing on the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and Garmin Connect, so feel free to download and give it a spin.

If you’re using the old React-based AeroFit Legacy Mobile app (we refer to it as Stride Legacy), you can install the new unified Stride Mobile app right alongside it and easily move your existing health profile over (check out the "Migrating Data from Stride Legacy to Stride" section below for details).

"The future of health is in your hands. Train smarter with confidence and unlock your physical potential."

What’s Next for the Mobile App?

The Stride Mobile app kicked off as a version of the Stride Web code, tailored for smaller screens, and it’s on its way to becoming a fully mobile-friendly experience. This update already packs in a bunch of features from AeroFit Desktop, like:

  • Managing your coaching groups (for fitness trainers)

  • Language support (Settings → Language & Units) - currently, we’ve got English, French, and Italian, with more languages on the way.

  • Challenge invites in Chat (just hit the "🏆" next to the chat input → Send Challenge) - easily set up and send race requests right in the chat.

  • Badge showcase (tap the Star icon - the last one on the left in the profile) - grab some awesome achievements, including seasonal badges.

  • Global Athlete ID usernames - link your existing ID name to your Stride profile or snag a new one.

  • Route links and Map previews check out previews for running routes and trails.

  • Text size management (Settings → Appearance → Text Size) - adjust the text size to your liking throughout the app.

  • Keep track of sent, pending, and declined friend requests (Settings Social → Pending/Declined requests) - view your pending buddy requests.

  • Mark activities as private.

  • Search through your activity feed.

  • Search within a workout log.

Download the Mobile App
  • Check out the app on the Google Play Store: [Link Placeholder]

  • For Apple users: It’s in the App Store Review we’ll share the link once it’s ready.

  • Garmin Connect: Our dev team is working on it, and we’ll drop the link when it’s live.

Just a heads up: the team is rolling out updates pretty fast, so you might notice some hiccups while it’s still in open testing. We’re aiming to launch the production version with the next Desktop and Mobile updates, which should be in about two to three weeks!
