Check out the new TaskFlow Mobile app (we call it the Flow Mobile app here) - it’s built from the same code as the TaskFlow Desktop app, so you get a seamless experience whether you’re on mobile or desktop.
One app, one workflow bringing the TaskFlow community together on all your devices!
You can now grab the TaskFlow Mobile app through open testing on the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and Galaxy Store, so feel free to download and give it a spin.
If you’re using the older TaskFlow Legacy Mobile app (we refer to it as Flow Legacy), you can install the new unified Flow Mobile app right alongside it and easily move your existing workspace profile over (check out the "Migrating Data from Flow Legacy to Flow" section below for details).

What’s Next for the Mobile App?
The Flow Mobile app kicked off as a version of the Flow Desktop code, tailored for smaller screens, and it’s on its way to becoming a fully mobile-friendly experience. This update already packs in a bunch of features from TaskFlow Desktop, like:
Managing your workspaces (for team admins)
Language support (Settings → Language & Region) - currently, we’ve got English, Spanish, and German, with more languages on the way.
Task delegation in Chat (just hit the "@" next to the chat input → Assign Task) - easily set up and assign tasks right in the chat.
Template store (tap the Grid icon - the last one on the left in the menu) - grab some awesome project templates, including free packs.
Project ID Tags - link your existing tags to your Flow profile or snag a new one.
External links and PDF previews check out previews for links and documents.
Font size management (Settings → Appearance → Text Size) - adjust the text size to your liking throughout the app.
Keep track of active, pending, and archived tasks (Settings Projects → Pending/Archived tasks) - view your pending project approvals.
Mark projects as urgent.
Search through your project list.
Search within a task card.

Check out the app on the Google Play Store: [Link Placeholder]
For Apple users: It’s in the App Store Review we’ll share the link once it’s ready.
Galaxy Store: Our dev team is working on it, and we’ll drop the link when it’s live.
Just a heads up: the team is rolling out updates pretty fast, so you might notice some hiccups while it’s still in open testing. We’re aiming to launch the production version with the next Desktop and Mobile updates, which should be in about two to three weeks!
